As others mentioned, they do pretty good quality paint and body work but the attention to detail is lacking and the price is nuts.  So, 5 stars for quality of paint/body work, 1 star for attention to detail, B.S. charges, and willingness (or lack thereof) to make things right.  

I had a hood painted; they didn't match colors as their quote said they would.  Meaning they just used the stock color and didn't lighten it to match the ~10+ years the car's been in the sun.  Instead of saying, oh whoops, we messed that up, we'll respray to match as in the original quote, they just took the cost of the tint off, which was around $40.  They gave some lame excuse about how they would normally 'feather' the adjacent panels so you don't notice.  They also charged for silly stuff that they didn't do, like remove the rear hood seal...there was no rear hood seal.  Lastly, they also tried charging for removing the hood insulation and front hood seal, which I took off prior to bringing the car in as I wanted to ensure they painted the whole hood, top and bottom as in the quote.  Funny thing is, they spent the time to wash/polish the car, buff the headlights, and clean the wheels/tires.  While the car looked great, this appears to be geared towards those with insurance claims wanting to see their car looking amazing after an accident; I would rather have not paid the $100+/hr it costs for one of their guys to clean my car.  Instead, perhaps they could have just tinted the paint to match...

Bottom line: I wouldn't go here again.  This place exists to make money from insurance claims.  The quality of the actual painted part is quite good, however the attention to detail is lacking (no tint, charging to remove parts that don't exist or were already off, not caring to fix what they messed up, etc.)

Excellent service and repair work done here. After parts were ordered, they had our car back to us within 10 days. They worked directly with Toyota to ensure diagnostics were done. Overall, we had a fantastic experience during a very stressful time.

They repaired my car after it was involved in an accident. The staff was very professional and courteous. The work was Done in a very timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs on their vehicles

Quanz did an excellent job repairing my jeep. They answered every question my husband and I had with the repair. I recommend using them for repairs.
