Queen of Pawns, Okeechobee location is by far the best pawn shop around. I was in search of a new gold chain and visited 10+ pawn shops in the area. The store is very clean and the most welcoming verse all other pawn shops. All staff members are professional and I want to give much thanks to Brain that helped me with my purchase. From when I entered Queen of Pawns, Brian made myself feel as a long-time friend being very honest and not just trying to make a deal and money off me. He wanted me to be comfortable and happy with my decision and purchase. Additionally, Queen of Pawns had the best prices and selection of products.

I walked in got greeted immediately helped immediately , wonderful service got a great deal as well.  Love the smiles and the laughs. Come on in the queen of pawns for whatever your looking for they are the best of the best. Walking out a happy customer.

This is honestly the best pawn shop I’ve ever been to. They have worked with me so much whenever I need a loan, especially Mauricio, he’s awesome. He even went out of his way to call me and let me know that I had left a very important item in something I had pawned and it almost went up for sale but thankfully he called me and helped me take care of it so I didn’t lose it. If you’re looking for a loan, queen of pawns on okeechobee is the only place I’d recommend. The 10% interest is why I started going to them but their amazing customer service is why I will continue to go to them, they are the best. Thanks guys!

Great customer service!  Best jewelry around! Best prices!  Love the staff here!  I would find more unique and better priced jewelry here then any jewelry store or pawn shop around!  Would give them more stars if google would let me!

This service was the best service I ever had and I recommend everyone to come here and it was my first time coming in to the store also they have good discounts I am very happy and pleased with the store
