Been going to Gisella for over 10 years she is awesome.

I went to Giovani Hair Design a total of 4 times. The place gives a cheap cut and the people are friendly. That being said, 3/4 times I went there, I was disappointed with the quality cut I received. The last time I went a woman, who had been cutting my hair with scissors, suddenly stopped and told me she had not yet learned how to cut hair this way. Then she gave the scissors to someone else, who tried to save my cut, but couldn't do much. It turned out to be the worst haircut I ever received. It was also the last time I tried to save a few bucks for a haircut. If you're a college kid, or need to save money, this place can be hit or miss (I'd advise you tell them you don't want too much cut off). If you can afford a better place, go to a better place.
