This has become my go to jewelry place. Staff are great and make me feel as If I'm family.  I enjoy having unique pieces of jewelry which Quinn's provides. They are very supportive with my requests of special orders or when I modify the merchandise they have to have it become more  a one of a kind item.  I enjoy showing everyone at work or where ever I am the different pieces I have purchased.  The pieces always received good comments.   Excellent staff and great place to browse and/or shop.

I have been a customer at Quinn's for over 20 years.  When I walk in the door I am greeted by name and treated like a king!  You do not get that from Kay's or any other store you would find in the mall.  Terry Quinn wants to make sure you are completely happy with whatever you decide on whether it is 1 of his award winning custom pieces or something from his display cases or a custom design that you and Terry design together.  I cannot say enough about Laura the store manager!  She makes sure if you are wanting to create a custom piece of jewelry or ever need anything fixed or warrantied or cleaning while you wait it's taken care of.  Laura is absolutely the best!!!! If you want to waste your money at one of these Mass Merchant jewellery stores who could care less about you go ahead. If you want a jewelry store that treats you with respect creates masterpieces at reasonable prices and will stand behind the product forever go to Quinns!!!

The people at Quinn’s goldsmith are wonderful. They took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us find the perfect piece. I have also had several rings sized and they did a great job. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased shopping at Quinn's.  I had gone to purchase an engagement ring for my now fiance and soon-to-be wife. Yolanda was very helpful with helping me select the perfect ring for her. The diamond setting that I had chosen needed to be made out of store. Terry, the owner, was gracious enough to lend me a loaner setting and placed the diamond that I had selected on to the setting. That way I had a ring and was able to propose that night, 
rather than having to wait the four to six weeks for the setting to be made. I cannot imagine any other jewelry retailer taking in that much time and consideration into their clients. 5/5

I can always count on Quinn’s jewelers to do the job right the first time! Every one of the staff knows their stuff when it comes to jewelry,gems, repairs etc. and every contact with them regarding customer service is tops especially when it comes to integrity and sincere concern that you get what you want from every experience in their store.
