The staff is always incredibly friendly here.

Food was good. People working the counter didn't know how to ring us up. Took almost 10 minutes just to pay and check out. Facility was not very clean.

I'm surprised at how rude the staff at your restaurant can be over something as petty as a bathroom. My girlfriend and I were visiting our daughter at CWU, when our 4 year old said she had to use the restroom. We pulled into the parking lot and my girlfriend grabbed our daughter and proceeded into your shop. She wasn't even given the opportunity to purchase anything as she made what turned out to be a mistake by asking your staff where the bathroom was. Immediately she was told, "bathrooms" are for paying customers. Excuse me?? Did we look like we couldn't afford a sandwich at Quiznos?? Seriously. My girlfriend then said, I understand, but she really needs to go now. But obviously seeing a 4 year old needing to use the restroom was too much of a burden on your establishment as again, she was told no. My girlfriend asked me to go in and I proceeded to the counter asking for the restroom key. I was also told it was only for paying customers. When I asked the gal why I couldn't buy something afterwards, she said I need to buy it now?? After a little verbal gesturing, she reluctantly gave me the key. after the bathroom, I purchased two cookies and left ten behind for anyone else that may need something to eat or just to use the restroom.
