Fast response -attempted bait and switch. 

 3 stars because the tech (Michael), attempted to charge me for the diagnostic fee of 89.50 even though the office told me, before the call, that it would be waived if I agreed to the repair.   When I told him that the front office said that the fee is waived if I agree to the repair, he said "Yeah, well the're not the ones who have to crawl through the mud".  I was polite, but told him that this sounded like a bait and switch.  He then agreed to waive the diagnostic fee.  It definitely felt high pressure and it felt weird.  I called their home office to let them know of what was going on and they confirmed that he was supposed to waive the diagnostic fee.   I'm waiting to see how the work turns out.  

Update: Michael called back and confirmed that the fix was in place.   I was impressed with the turnaround time.  I'd use them again but be very clear about the "waived diagnostic fee".

RA Biel did the plumbing on a new home I purchased.  I spent the next several years finding & fixing their sloppy work.

They insulated pipes under the house, but the insulation stopped before the pipe went up to the sinks (against the exterior wall).  During the first winter the pipes froze.  I spent a few hours under the house thawing pipes & finishing their insulation job.

The drain in the master shower was not installed properly, and they tried to cover it up by slathering it with silicone.  It leaked (obviously), and I had to replace it.

The swamp cooler motor went out so I had one of their techs (the owner's son, I believe) come out to replace it.  He tried to put a smaller motor in its place - too small for the home's square footage.  He didn't look much older than 18 and quite obviously didn't know what he was doing.  He was on the phone with the office several times trying to figure out what to do.

The tub in our guest bath leaked constantly from the shower head because they had used the wrong pipe diameter and/or valve.  Paid another plumber $500 to fix that one.

I searched around town with all the heating companies and this one was the only one that was on time and , they didn't fix the appliance but told me what was wrong with it and the other places couldn't.  With that said " the heat bowl was leaking coolant and I needed a new bowl. They have integrity to tell you what is wrong and offered to fix for a $185 cost of buy it on my own for $36 on Amazon.  Many businesses wont tell you the problem and give you an option.  Easy fix we did on our own and they diagnosed it when 5 other companies couldn't and I was cold in the winter for 2 weeks of waiting to find the right people.   All my neighbors use them too. I see their truck at different houses every few weeks.

Technician Randall was very prompt, very professional, and detailed. I had a simple shower valve leak and it was repaired same day. Reasonable prices as well.
