Never ever will I recommend this place to any person who needs a windshield replaced. I paid almost $500 for a front and rear windshield.... but that was not the problem. First thing they did wrong was not take responsibility for their bad workmanship, then instead of trying to fix their mistakes the owner Rudy says he can just call his lawyers.... wow very unprofessional. The old windshield trim was left sitting under my hood on top of my engine, thank God I checked because It could have started my car on fire. They also broke my front windshield cowl and didn't even tell me until I asked and demanded it be replaced along with the trimming redone because they did a awful job. The owner then finally admitted he was wrong and wrote me a receipt which stated he would redo the trim and replace my front cowl free of charge. I have been calling every week to see if the front cowl is in because they had to " special " order it. Anyways long story short don't trust R and E glass Co. in Espanola NM to do a good job and if they make mistakes don't expect them to right their wrongs. Also if you are young they will try to take advantage of you and burn your mind. Worst experience ever. I have pictures of their bad workmanship if anyone would like pictures just message me.  I have been calling for a month now for the front cowl but I keep hearing maybe next week...always excuses. I am definetly gonna call the better bussiness bureau.

Reliable and affordable with great service.  I have unfortunately needed to replace my windshield due to rocks flying and breaking the glass - R & E's turn around and service are excellent.  I have also used R & E for glass replacement/repair at Rivera Family Funeral Home.  I highly recommend R&E Glass Company!

I called R & E for an estimate on window springs and replacing a sliding door. Two very nice men came out to my house to take measurements and check the windows. They were courteous and professional and gave me a good estimate.

So what's the problem? The same man that gave me an estimate said he'd call me to confirm price and schedule a day to do the job. He didn't call back. I called him a few days later and he still didn't call back. I called R & E to find out what was going on. They said they would pass the message along and still no call. The next time I called R & E they were a bit stiff on the phone.

After 10 days I gave up and went elsewhere.

What was that all about?
