We have always had good luck with will-call / LTL deliveries from our vendor in SoCal

They called me on a Monday to schedule a delivery, I called them back on Tuesday and was told that they only hold the merchandise for 24 hours and that I MUST take delivery on Wednesday! I guess they are going to throw it away cause I cannot take time off to accommodate their 4 hour delivery window! Thank god for credit card dispute process cause I'm not paying for what I didn't get.

I actually don't want to give any stars.
I asked them that make a contact with leasing office and ask them where to leave the stuff, but the driver did not, and left a huge package which is more than 720lb out side of the apartment.
They are not nice.

This Company should be delievering GARBAGE! Drivers might be ok but you dont deal with them much.....but the customer service is NO GOOD =(
