MY FAMILY COULD HAVE DIED BECAUSE OF THIS PLACE!!!!

I would NEVER EVER rent anything from this place. Renata is the WORST business owner. She rented a 28' motor home to our family with 5 young kids with 4 bald tires. After questioning the tires before the rental she had told us that they were just replaced a couple of months ago. During our trip there were 2 really bad blow outs (one on each side during 2 different occasions). I paid for the tires out of my pocket. 1 day after the first blow out the generator stopped working which means no a/c for this family 0f 7 while stuck on the side of the road during the second blow out. When we returned the RV my wife and I expressed our frustrations at which time she had agreed to reimburse us for the tires and 20% back for 2 days of lost time. We left feeling good that she was going to make it right but that was all a lie. She gave back nothing but the security deposit. Check out the pics. They speak for themselves!!!!

We had some bumps in the road throughout the rental experience, but most of my issues were with Outdoorsy who Renata rents through online, not Renata herself. Outdoorsy overcharged my credit card every time I made a payment, but Renata was great. She had them refund the money promptly. The RV was fairly priced, and I would rent from her again because she takes a lot of the stress out of the rental process. Renata really made sure we were happy and taken care of, she was always available and listened to us and addressed every issue we had quickly, and she was very fair with the deposit return. Overall, I am pleased with my rental, it was great working with Renata and i would encourage others to rent from RandR RV Rentals too.

I rented an RV from Renata the last four summers for our annual trip to Iowa. The vehicle was very reliable to drive and very thing in the unit worked properly. I enjoy working with Renata and plan to rent from her again this summer....Kevin...LaGrange, IL

We rented the 32" class A Rv. It was extremely  comfortable for our  family  of 5. We went to Niagara Falls and enjoy  traveling  in comfort. Thanks  for memorable vacation  and very easy rental experience.

Had a great trip with R&R rentals. Great value for the price with the C class RV. We recommend R&R for an awesome getaway!
