Nice little area of nature in an area you wouldn't expect. Almost like going to Wisconsin on a very mini scale. Not too bad of a drive from the La Grange Park area.

We ride our bikes to this place all the time. There is always many people fishing. I've photographically shot a bunch of wildlife here. There's a river at the far side with a path/bridge over it, very nice. The path goes to Whalon lake with even more paths to walk or bike

Well stocked with fish.  Excellent for teaching grandkids to fish.  They caught 20 fish their first time
