Just bought $100 worth of shoes and called 10 minutes later because my daughter left her vest. The manager was rude, extremely unhelpful and told me it wasn't there. Thankfully, I could tell he was just being extremely lazy and the vest was actually there. Don't be in customer service if you don't want to help customers in these type of situations.

My girlfriend went to this store (11/18/16) around 6pm and was trying to take advantage of their BOGO Free deal. She found two pairs of shoes that she liked and proceeded to purchase them. The cashier then told her that the second pair of shoes weren't a part of the deal, even though they were labeled as such. The manager on duty then comes out and says that they knew about the "mislabeled" shoes, but hadn't changed the sign. They refused to honor their admittedly mistaken labeling of the price.

I went to this store and the employee there named Victoria was so rude. I have never been in a store where the employee act like she does. She ignore the customer, don't want to help find shoe. When i asked her about her manager  she told me she don't know the manager name. She took her name badge off so i couldn't see her name to report her behavior. She was acting like she was on some drugs or speed or something. Her eyes where big and she was moving and throwing things around like something was wrong with her. I will never go to this store again.
