Amazing staff and selection! 
Our saleswoman, Hailey, was patient and extremely helpful. I'm VERY difficult when it comes to shoes, I'm picky and I won't settle because I wear all my shoes until they fall off. Regardless of all that she was diligent about knowing what I wanted and what I liked. She spent a good hour with us going through options and never seemed impatient. Everyone else was super nice as well. And the selection is vast. I don't think I'll ever buy boots at another store.

The staff was great! I was greeted immediately as I walked through the door. They offered me a drink... Water, soda, BEER or MARGARITA! My kinda' place! Throughout my stroll through the store, several people asked if I needed help. When I finally did, they were there and attentive and personable. I'm from Texas and hospitality is important to me. Texas Boot Company serves it up! 

The boot selection was really great! I wish they had more in women's clothing, but what they did have was very cute and the prices were good. 
I will definitely be visiting The Texas Boot Company again!

Employees are so helpful and friendly. There are SO many choices and the boots are all excellent quality. I am so in love with my new duds! Perfect for dancing.

OK I've been here a few times since moving back to Fayette County area, and to be honest, so far I have been impressed.

Firstly the staff, while all younger and high school to year 2 college age(by appearance anyway) they are some of the most attentive and polite sales associates I've ever seen.  They are supprisingly knowledgeable, patient, and make something I detest doing, shopping, not suck so bad. 

While their in-stock selection is small, it's a well thought out shotgun blast of various styles and looks that can at minimum get your mind in the right place and let you figure out sizing so that you can order smartly instead of guessing.

It's nice having a option that keeps me from having to drive all the way to Round Rock or Brenham to be able to try things on. 

I would give 5 stars but I can say they could stand to stock at least a few more options in Men's Tall, and 13/14 boots, but it's definitely understandable why a company would not want a large selection that caters to a smaller %... 

I am interested to see how they are at shaping hats, gonna change my brim and if I remember I'll update my review.

Older Western store. Good selection of boots. Fair amount of other items. Plenty of parking. Very friendly staff. But.. It could really use a good cleaning. There was dust on the boots and other items. And then there is the carpet. Wow! It needs to be thrown away. Outside needed TLC also.
