this folks are true wizards, again in the depth of Wisconsin, they help me to resolve so many computer hardware related issues over the years, it is hard to count. Great place. I needed an external drive reader for my old hard drive and they found one and helped me to install and connect to my slightly damaged hard drive so I managed to recover my data. One time I had set up the internet connection via my cell phone and they guided me.

Fantastic products and service. A great selection of small components for whatever I need! Definitely a TRUE RadioShack store, the corporate stores could take some notes!

Cellphone repair and computer repairs...2 things that I am always needing to do and they do it here. Lots of fun stuff too and they also have small parts for DIYers. Staff is knowledgeble and friendly.Love this store.
