sales associate was deaf (not literally) and argumentative. Had account business to deal with. Spent 15 minutes with her, and just left instead. Waste of time

Activated lines on the 24th and had the rep put on screen guard for me when she asked if I wanted her to, the next day the top right corner was not stuck down and clicks if you touch it and has proceeded to get dust and particles between the screen and the glass screen guard, on the 26th went to the store to have them replace the screen guard and the rep helping me asked the manager if they could do this in store and his response was no it has to go through the manufacture to get it replaced, which makes no sense since it had only been 2 days and what is the difference if I were to return said product or to swap it out within the 14 day return policy, he tells me that we give the customer a disclaimer when putting on screen guards, to which I reply nothing was told to me, When I told him this he said didn't matter that the manufacture would have to do it. Absolutely no resolution did not even try to help at that point just looked away and continued what he was doing. Such a great experience for customers that have been with the company less than 48 hours to be treated this way. I wasn't asking for the world but just to get a replacement that should have been taken care of on the spot. Will never return to this location again!

Worst customer service phone store I've found. Not a single person even spoke to me last time I went in the store to pay my bill. Even after I said hello to two different employees. No response. Just a bunch of employees playing on their phones, into themselves.
