Great experience. They were so helpful. Rob H. and Lewis did everything they could to fix our account issues. They also stayed late, after hours quite a while, to make sure and get the problems fixed. I recommend you shop with them! 😀

I could not be happier with how these guys helped me today!! They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Bryce from Asurion and Kendle from sprint were amazing!! A lot of other people helped as well!!

John Phillips was the associate that helped me.  He was excellent.  He went above and beyond all expectation to clarify an issue with my data transfer.  I am 100% please with the service and caring assitence I got at Sprint.  My husband also received excellent service from John a week before.

Be on the lookout for John Phillips!!! This guy was very helpful, informative and made me aware of a $900 credit I did not know I had for accessories!!! True boss, very helpful!!!  Thanks again man!

I have been a Sprint Customer since 2009 I recently upgraded my Phone and Got Tricked into Signing a Contract.I Trusted the Rep and Asked Specific Question and He Lied!...They Lied to me and Now I'm Stuck in a Contract or Pay almost $900.00 Dollars to Terminate Services. I TRUSTED SPRINT AND THAT IS A MISTAKE....I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY!....HORRIBLE!
