They were having a going out of business sale and all sales were final. I needed a battery for my key fob so I took 2 off the same hook thinking that they would be the same. Admittedly I didn't look at the 2nd one on the hook, but when I realized it an hour later, they wouldn't just let me swap the one that was wrong for the correct one. I knew that the sale was final, but to not just let me swap one for another because "his inventory would be off" is probably one of the reasons they are going out of business.

It's sad to see Radio Shack fading away. It was a great place to shop 30-40 years ago.

I went to the store yesterdy March 16, 2017. I brouight my phone needed a new battery. I said it takes a 3 batteries . He took the phone put a battery in and had difficulty closing the phone . I assumed he knew what he was doing. paid for it also bought other stuff. I put it on the charger overnite it wasn't working. Opened it up clearly wrong battery. Went back to the store to exchange it .they could not. the morale of this story is make sure they are listening to you and don't think they know what they are doing. I am usually very pleased with my purchases but this is not one of those times

One of the cleanest, best merchandised, and stocked stores I've seen. Great staff as well!
