This Verizon store cannot be beaten for excellent service, product knowledge, and pleasant sales associates. Ron has solved problems, made  helpful suggestions, and has made updating my phone seamless.  He is the best. My husband and I advise our friends to shop here because  of our outstanding experiences.

The service was and is excellent. Prompt attention to any problems. Very pleased with this Verizon Wireless. I would highly recommended this store over any of the corporate venues. So good to have such 
excellent service with competent technicians.

I came to the store today to pay my bill and with the expert help of Ronnie Collins my husband and myself bought 2 new smart phones. He explained everything to us like no one else has, answered all our questions with great expertise and took great patience with us setting up our new phones. He will be the reason we come back to this Verizon store. We can’t thank him enough.

Went in last night to port a line from AT &T and purchase a new iPhone 8.  Romuelo and Erica were awesome.  They could not be anymore friendly and helpful.  I would recommend anyone to visit this store.  Thank you both for helping Lori and I.
