I first visited the AT&T store in Plaistow a week ago and Tom helped me swap my SIM card to a new phone I had purchased on Amazon. Everything went smoothly.  He was knowledgeable and courteous.  This evening, unhappy with my Amazon BLU phone, I went in to ask about their buy one get one free flagship phones.  Tom was on duty and just fulfilling a similar order ahead of me so I listened to everything for the other customer.  More customers came in but Tom did a great job of managing to serve everyone, taking questions while continuing to do a fine job with others.

I have been sitting here waiting for 35 minutes. There is one employee and just 1 person ahead of me. The guy is taking 35 minutes just to swap the customers phone case for another one. He's literally still working on it. Awful. Slowest service ever.

Service was very slow. We we're waiting in line for one person for 30 minutes, and then it took another 15 for me to get a prepaid plan and activate my new phone.
