Called Plaistow NH store 10:00AM and wanted to know if store had day lilies. Bought one in Salem NH and wanted more. A young lady name PAM did look and said the box was empty and that I could check back Thurs. as they may be more then. Very nice of her to check. Saved me a trip again to store only to know that their was none at this time. Will try next Thursday.

Home Depot has just about everything you need to finish most projects in your home. However there are a few caveats! Some Home Depot's carry different items, or not every store has everything. Be sure to check "your" particular store for the items you need! Another problem is they tend to be way under staffed, or the employees tend to go on break at the same time I think!! Ugh At times it's a ghost town in there for help!! Where else are you gonna go though? The "other" place is the same!!

I have yet to have a bad customer service experience. The service desk with Brittany, Jen, and the rest are always going the extra mile. There isn't anything they can't or won't do. The entire staff will ask if you need help as you make your way through the store. If Home Depot makes a mistake, they correct it right away.
