If you like to stand in a freezing cold for 45 minutes waiting for a shuttle this is for you.  I was going to give 2 stars but because I got sick waiting for the shuttle van I give them 1 star.  The parking itself is safe and convenient. The parking facility  has a clean bathroom.  However, it seems that one can use the bathroom on departure day only.

Good parking lot. Very secure and courteous people working here. Shuttle service is quick and reliable.

Not too far away from the terminal. Look for small roadside signs for the driveway. Need a few more shuttle vans though for five stars.

Great experience.  Van was waiting for us when we arrived to park.  Quick loading and transport to the port.  Van was again waiting when we returned and got us back to our car immediately.  Fast, friendly, professional service.  Highly recommend.

DO NOT take their advice and drop your party off at the cruise terminal first. Go straight to the parking lot and take the shuttle with your entire party and luggage. If you drop your party off, it'll take you an extra hour or more that way....it took me an hour and a half longer. You're going to have to sit in traffic regardless getting to the ship. If you drop your party off FIRST It's going to take you about thirty minutes waiting in traffic and then 15 minutes to get to the parking area (Definitely not 5 minutes away as advertised) and then 15 minutes back, then the same half hour traffic for you to get dropped off..... on top of waiting 15 to 20 minutes for the van to pick you up.
