We didn't get to stay at the hotel, but we went to the casino. We are truckers from Canada and we loved the entertainment and the buffet. Drinks were not expensive at the bar, but expensive at the restaurant. Parking for trucks was right across the street. There is also a truckers lounge right in the parking lot. Looked very nice. Five star experience, but we are not gamblers.

Best hotel buffet by far! They had a extensive  variety of food, and. Everything was very fresh. The service lady brought us refills without asking. I was impressed! We didn't stay the night,  but all the areas were clean including the restrooms.

My wife and I had a lot of fun. We celebrated her Birthday here and done pretty good. We stayed in one of the new remodeled rooms and it was awesome then we test drove the new jacuzzi right inside the room and watched TV. (Can you say relaxing).

I stop by here on runs between CO and CA, it makes me sick occasionally, but usually it's really good. I like to stop at the Truckers Lounge for the discount buffet coupon. I love the Rainbow's Mongolian grill, and their salad bar is a refreshing change from all the fast food I end up having to eat.

The employees at the 2nd St Deli that prepared the food were great. The employee at the register that you order at have no customer service skills. The first time we ordered (Friday,) we ordered by the number on the menu. The girl said that's not how they take orders.  So Saturday night, when ordering, we ordered by the sandwich name, and this girl said we only use the number to take orders. So once we finally got our order, it was wrong. We tried to get her to help correct it, and she was not having it. Do, needless to say, customer service at the Rainbow is mostly non-existent! We have not had a positive interaction with any employee during our stay! We do know, we will not stay here on our next trip!
