Sunday, January 14th, 2018. Able to book on line is great. First time on Utah Trailways.  
 Most  likely to be my last time too. Decent comfortable bus.  Bus was on time at 1340 hours for Taylorsville Kmart location. Host asked who had reservation? When I responded I had reservation, he snapped at me to hold on this thing take times.  Collecting tips without any gratitude as though it's an entitlement.  Lack of people skills. I gave them tips anyway to demonstrate that I was a responsible bus rider .😕🤐

They like to lie to people about returning money and they didn't do it and me and my husband didn't even go

The company does not care for safety, don't obey DOT.

Worst experience ever host was rude.it took like 30 minutes to get out of the bus once we got to wendover to get our booklet

We waited for the bus. I called and said they were going to be 20 min late. At 635 I called again after watching the bus not even stop but drive on by I asked if they could wait at Lake point and he said they won't be stopping because it was full. They should have at least called me to say they weren't going to stop because we could have left a while ago!!!!!
