I love all locations! People talk about cost & yes it's not the cheapest place but the atmosphere is amazing! It's just a place you have to see to understand! Never had a problem with staff or food. I'm slightly a cup freak and I love that you keep your cups =]

Speaking of the Rainforest in Anaheim at downtown Disney.  The staff are usually very attentive and nice when we visit.  Food quality is normally pretty good but avoid going within the last hour of closing time.  We have witnessed under/overcooked foods, lack of options or availability of menu items when visiting within an hour of closing.  Recommend being a Landry membership card holder.  You will receive points for eating there (and other Landry restaurants), managers and/or chefs will come greet you personally if you are a Landry's membership card holder, and can get shorter wait times for being seasted.  They are very sensitive and accommodating to guests with food allergies.  The chef will come discuss options with you and food allergy sensitive dishes are normally separately and specially prepared and brought to you special.  One of my children has severe peanut allergies and have safely eaten the half turkey breast with carrots (was specially prepared with no breading, seasoning, or sauce, and was prepared special to avoid food cross contamination (very much appreciated).  Managers when engaged are polite, professional, and generally interested in any concerns you have about your food, server, or anything related to their restaurant.

Rainforest Cafe,

   I have had one of the most amazing experiences here. If you receive a waiter by the name of "Fernando", than you will absolutely love him. If you bump into him, please tell him that the baked potato girls say hello and thank you for your service. Also please inform the manager that Fernando needs a raise, because he made us feel at home. I am serious when I am saying this.

Good food, and a really unique atmosphere. The giant fish tanks are mesmerizing. A great respite from the busy Disneyland park, just right off the monorail and then right back in to finish the day of Disney magic.

My wife has many dietary restrictions so when we mentioned it to the waiter, he went and told the head chef. The head chef came out and asked her what she could have and would like to have. My wife was able to customize a whole meal for herself and it turned out wondeful. This was incredible. Going out to eat can be a real struggle due to lack of options for my wife. The chef and staff  at Rainforest Cafe were very accommodating and it was greatly appreciated.
