My experience with this store started very disappointing, but when I addressed it with their store manager, I was quickly won over by her level of professionalism, empathy and true care for her customers. When i made it back to the store on my next visit and Tom, who is one of the store managers right hand man blew me away with his kindness, courtesy and genuine concern. I'm a loyal customer for life mainly because this store is so luxurious annow i know it is being managed by the finest team out there. Ralph's is lucky to have Tom and Teri. Thank you both.

Good luck. Finding what you need. Kroger products everywhere, it's a monopoly from Kroger dropping real products that has stood the test of time. It's time to drive a little further to get name brand foods, that Kroger has thrown out to the curb.

I have recently been visiting the area while clearing my parents home in Rossmoor for resale. Each time I go in for boxes or groceries I am met with the utmost courtesy and kindness. Dave, in produce, stops each time I arrive to gather boxes for me when it is clear that he is more than busy keeping their beautiful produce department fully stocked and faced.  I can see now why my mother was a regular customer.
