I worked as a seasonal employee here for two months and I have to say this is the best company I’ve ever worked for. This story in particular is absolutely incredible. The management here is amazing and everyone work so well together. The store is very clean, friendly, and just works! By far the best toys are us story I have ever been to, and I have been to toys are us stores all over the United States and locally. I would give this place six out of five stars if I could. Absolutely great store!

12/14/16 8:40pm Horrible experience over the phone, I called twice no answer, I called the third time some lady answered I asked if she could check to see if they had a DC super hero Harley Quinn she put me on hold and told me no and hung up on me. So I called Cerritos and spoke to Marina and she was so awesome on customer service, she told me that her system shows that Seal Beach Toys R Us should have them on stock, Marina placed me on hold and called Seal Beach and they didn't answer her, she called over three times . My husband took the risk and drove down there because Marina from Cerritos said Seal Beach had the doll on stock. He got there and they did ! Thank goodness. Hmmmm so the lady that answered never checked or she was being lazy ???? Seriously worst customer service. And thank you to Marina from Cerritos South St Toys R Us she's the best and didn't give up on me.
