This is a pretty good store. Yes, the prices are going to be a little higher.... But there are times when you need something right away and you just can't wait for Amazon. My item was not on the shelf, so they retrieved it from the back and honored the lower online price. Staff is limited, but helpful.

Deceptive advertising. Signs for $2 stack of paper. Only after rebate you have to wait 6 weeks for and is a pain to fill out online. Overpriced items too. Had major difficulty with ink cartridge recycling there. There was one helpful employee there, but overall most didn't express any concern for customers. I hope stores with such deceptive tactics go out of business. I will not be returning.

They are always helpful but not always knowledgeable. They are starting to rely on the internet too much. They offered to order it on line but I went there specically to see the product, I can look at a picture on line at home.

I called to get a quote of 2 colored 8.5x11 and was told two bucks which seemed high, but whatever. They didn't think to tell me their printers were down since the morning until I actually got there. Which might have been useful to know before I drove to the store. I did ask what time they closed so it was obvious I was going that day. 2nd chance: I called and was on hold for ten minutes before I gave up. Forget them.
