I came into this store a few weeks ago to upgrade my phone, they were able to get me a new phone with all my information from my old phone transferred super quickly. They also were very informative on other phones I was looking into and helped me make a decision that was best for me! Will come again for my next upgrade!

BEWARE. This Seal Beach location is NOT a Verizon Corporate store.  Their company name is Victra and they are resellers.  Under the guise of appearing to be Verizon employees, they informed my daughter of "policies" of required add-on purchases that are not required by Verizon and scammed her in to add-on contracts that were not wanted.  When I later spoke to the manager, I felt like I was dealing with a slimy used car salesman. No returns.

When searching for Verizon Wireless locations, beware of "Authorized Retailers."  In my experience, Verizon Corporate stores are safer to purchase from because you will get the full support of Verizon Wireless and you are less likely to get scammed.  When you buy from resellers, Verizon has very little say on what they do.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Custom fit deal that really suits my needs and BIG thanks to the manager Misha for the discount on my accessories and tablet! Will definitely be coming back when I need anything Verizon!
