I purchased a 60 gm gold necklace set worth 3300$ from them .. the necklace or the earrings always break ..I had already repaired it twice at their store and recently when I wanted to wear them for an occasion.. I found one earring broken...I really doubt whether it's made of 22 kt gold

Not customer friendly.. I asked for proper bill for the gold piece they use to fix my pendant. The Guy refuse to give me the proper bill and charged 200 dollars for it. All I ask was proper bill so I know how much gold they use and what he was charging me for service fee..
