In a good area, not the ghetto which was a relief for us because we booked online and are from out of state so we were taking a chance. Staff was friendly but limited, only interaction was check in/check out which was totally cool with us. Very clean room, you can tell there's some age on the place but when you walk in the room it smells clean & not dingy or gross. Our experience was very good and I definitely recommend this place if you're looking somewhere affordable, clean and not in the ghetto!

Place needs a lot of work. Safes don't work. Three rooms in the whole hotel have refrigerators and microwaves. The staff is nice enough. But for the Ramada logo attached to this hotel, you would expect more. The breakfast choices made me walk two buildings over to Bob Evans for eggs.

Rooms were clean, but old. Breakfast consisted of muffins, bagels, cereal, yogurt, toast, some fresh fruit. I would stay here again.

Staff at the front desk were rude. Would not give us extra toiletries after we paid for the room and the staff said we would have to wait until the morning to have the maids give us extra towels and toiletries. Room had no microwave or soap for the shower or ashtray. And wifi and TV reception sucked. Overall, I would not suggest to stay here to anyone.

The room was very nice despite a couple doors that didn't work without a shove.
