I wish I could give 3.5 stars. Our tv in our room didn't work but the staff was happy enough to give us a 10% discount. Breakfast was great. Some minor fixes and updates needed. There were small stains on the sheets of my bed which looked to be blood which was definitely um... creepy. If you don't mind the white noise from the road outside and people in the hall, then not a bad place to stay. Very reasonably priced.

Room and location is okay. However, I checked into my room and took a shower. Upon getting out (and still not yet dressed, mind you) another guest opened the door to my room and walked right in! He embarrassingly apologized and left. I complained to the front desk and they explained they had accidentally given my room to another guest. This is kind of a big deal... wouldn't stay here again.

Pleasant and helpful staff, but the rooms are airless and noisy as the windows don't open, requiring every room to use its own A/C. And why can't they use washable crockery, instead of massively contributing to landfill with disposable cups, bowls, plates, cutlery and packaging? An environmental disaster.

The front desk staff is very friendly. It a long wait for service at the front desk only obe attendant. The pool area ran out of towels no attendant. The breakfast not bad for continental. Its in a great location. Close to the market 30 minute drive to downtown. Several restaurants close by. Papa Johns pizza the staff is awesome located in the same parking lot.

I chose this hotel because it was half the price of other hotels by the airport. However this was still only 15 minutes away which made it a really good value on the dollar. Check in went smoothly and the staff was very friendly. Soon as I got up to the room the room was clean the beds were clean and everything looked good. The TV had DirecTV so there are a lot of channels. The shower also had great pressure. The nightstand for the bed had 2 outlets and 2 usb chargers. My only criticism of this hotel was that the WiFi was spotty.
