My first and last experience with this particular hotel and it's front desk staff is less than favorable. Upon arrival at the hotel my brother and I were not greeted by either of the desk attendant's. Instead they opted to continue to text on their mobile devices and discuss the current issues they were experiencing with their significant others. Finally Jessica looks up and asks us what we want. Now about 45 minutes prior to our arrival we booked the room. When we gave her our names she began looking through a paper written log book (probably written at the beginning of the shift) instead of on the computer. Then she preceded to inform us that she couldn't find our standing reservation. At that point I asked her to check the computer because we had booked within the hour. She then stated that we should have called her first instead of booking online. Which have been absolutely fine if not her unsavory tone and demeanor. After that Jessica informed us that in order to complete the check-in process the hotel would have to have a copy of the Vehicles tag on file for security purposes. As I went out to take a picture of the tag my brother stated that Jessica and the other attendant where in they're discussing their personal relationships and the fact that she was on unsettling terms with her significant other. Which is extremely unprofessional. At that point in time my brother and I decided to leave the hotel and go somewhere else.

The rooms are old. They need to be renovated or at least painted and new carpeting installed. The rooms smell. The beds are uncomfortable. The rooms did have a microwave which was nice. The showers had great water pressure and exceptionally hot water. They provided nice fluffy towels too.The morning desk staff was very nice. The reason I am giving them 3 stars is because of the free continental breakfast which was exceptional. You can make your own waffles. Plenty of yummy bagels and pastries. Coffee was good too.

This has to be the absolute worst hotel that my wife and i have ever checked into. The only good part of this hotel was the lady at the front desk. 
Personally I cannot believe that Wyndham hotels excerpts this Ramada hotel into their group of hotels. We booked the room through the Wyndham website. We booked a non smoking room with king size bed ADA accessible. The first room they gave us was non smoking king size bed non ADA accessible that smelled so bad of smoke we could not stay in the room. We went back to the front desk with the complaint about the room. The front desk lady apologized and gave us a different  room. Started in room 123. The second room was 115 non smoking king size non ADA accessible,  once again the smell of cigarette smoke was worst then the first room. Yes, we went back to the front desk with another complaint. The front desk ladies excuse was that the evacuees from Florida trashed all the rooms. 
So now we are on our way to room #3. Finally a room without cigarette smoke so we start bringing our things into the room. I go back to out truck for a few more things, my wife comes out and asked me what she just took a picture of. I looked at the picture and WOW it's a roach. We don't have roaches at home there is no way we will sleep in a hotel that has roaches. So we bring everything back to the truck go back to the front desk and got a refund. We have stayed at several hotels including Ramada's hotels. This Ramada hotel needs to be demolished and start from scratch. This place is a joke. If you do decide to stay at this hotel definitely bring home some roaches with you. 
So good luck. This Ramada Limited hotel is a waste of time and money.

The place could use a bit of a touch up. Our room door had rust all over it. There were a few tiles on the bathroom floor that were lifted and I hurt my foot on. It was a non smoking room but smelled like smoke as soon as we walked in. While having breakfast a baby came out of the employee area and was running around, it was like it was bring your child to work day. When I called the front desk to ask for the WiFi password the lady gave it to me and when I said thank you she just hung up. Only came across maybe 1 nice employee all the others were rude. Breakfast area was not fully stocked and ready for the guests. Not the nicest looking place but it was good for the price. Good location to a number of things to do and eat.

Lady at front desk on December 23 2017 at 2pm that evening was very un welcoming.She very upset that my family didnt book the room at arriveful but stated that i should have called us first before check-in.Very displeased with the service that i got went to Red Roof in across the street and enjoyed my stay better quality service please dont not book a room at Ramada Biloxi.
