Overall this place is okay it's a lot of drug heads around 7-Elevens right on the corner and it's a couple of food places right up the street cheap place to rent if you have an RV or RVs in the back you can rent most of the people that walk around here are drug heads but there are a lot of good people mixed in as well

This place is a dangerous den of thieves. I am not speaking of the tenants, but rather of the management and phantom owners. If you value your property do not do business with the raunchy Ranch or you might buy the farm. None of the amenities displayed on the website exist anywhere on site. The highlight of my stay will be serving summons on these sadistic and greedy corruptos, indeed they are the essence of moral corruption incarnate.
