Manager is terrible. Makes guest feel unwelcome.

Very slow management staff. Took 6 days to review application and actually call us back. By then, we had found a way better park to call home for less! Happy we didn't wait for them. Kind of a sign how it'd be living there.

This is a bare bones, residential RV park with no amenities.
