Thompson's is amazing! Very, very trustworthy. Repairs are always done right, and always done in an excellent amount of time. The prices are always good, and they are ALWAYS willing to talk you through the repairs needed. I would highly recommend Thompson's for all your automotive repair!

They're always very helpful and very knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable and they're very friendly. They also always explain exactly what's wrong with your car or what they have to do. I would recommend them to anyone.

So glad everyone else here had awesome experiences. I wished I could say the same. Took my car in for a brake inspection because of scraping noise, after my mechanic installed all new pads Sept. 2017 (he wasn't available to do an inspection). Figured it might be a caliper release issue. This shop Manager proceeds to write me up 6 cost estimates ranging between full brake system replacement (calipers, pads, drums, housing, rotors) and just pads and calipers. Claiming they could not (or would not) simply replace the worn brake pads (my calipers were fine) for the $100+ labor fee. What complete garbage. Thankfully there are other, better, nicer service shops to go to.

I took my 2009 Jeep Wrangler into Thompson's, with a whole shopping list of things that went wrong with the vehicle. Shawn and his team worked tirelessly to make sure that my vehicle was fixed properly and quickly, to accommodate my timelines. The customer service was outstanding, and their knowledge behind their work is even better. I could not be more satisfied with the work they have done, and I would recommend them before any other shop around!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. These guys are absolutely great!! They do not nickel and dime you, and they are very honest with their work and recommendations. Had some exhaust work done, and I thought it would take them 3-4 days, judging by how many cars were in the parking lot...nope...done the next day in the afternoon. I was very impressed...price was as quoted with no additional "surprises" in the repair...I found my forever repair place...Thanks to all at Thomson's!!!
