Very child friendly park. Everyone was very nice. My kid loves the ducks there is alot of them.  The plus side there was no homeless people which in Yakima there is alot of parks that are filled with homeless.

It's been a beautiful day in early February...about 60°. Lots of folks out picnicking with their loved ones. This jem of a park has lots going for it. Large play structure for the kids, paved path for walking, expansive lawn, duck/goose pond, and much more. Across the bridge is an off-leash dog park. Accessible from S 48th Ave between Washington and Nob Hill.

Came for the disc golf course had a lot of fun only bad thing is there can be many walkers within your throw area. Would give 5 stars if the creek didn't smell so horrid.

Nice park, but dogs off leashes. Was working with my GSD on leash. Another dog come running directly up to her.  While her shackles were up, luckily no big fight broke out.

Excellent frisbee golf course with tees and fairway markers on 9 holes, situated on the creek off 48th. Very nice!
