It is always easy to pick up people from this terminal as it is very small compared to large airports. The only issue that can arise is trying to find parking as a lot of people are being picked up and dropped off.

Air port staff had Horrible service with helping a customer who was here a few moments before close and even with HR delay wouldn't let him on..first time last time for me ..I would rather travel to Pasco or Seattle before I leave from my town air port and come to a situation like this..customer service is horrible!! tsa was friendly and helpful..airport staff not so much ..

Only local Airport sometimes run while worried about City of Yakima investing an airport through good times and bad currently it's been good but one business go south through the city coffers

WORST Airline EVER, they will cancel a flight without any notice and provide no recompense other than "hey just wait for the next time we feel like flying, might be 8hrs from now, might be tomorrow... whateves" Avoid this "airport" at all costs! They will charge you for a flight and not deliver! .. The shuttle service is also terrible... always late, so plan on missing your flight and having to buy another ticket!. If you decide to fly out of Yakiama "airport" make sure you show up MORE than an hour in advance as they like to close the ticket booth "approximately" 40 min before a flight leaves, meaning you CAN NOT get on the plane. Save yourself time, money, worry and stress GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!! ANYWHERE Else but here!!!. NO friend or family member of mine will EVER use this "service" ever again! Paid for 3 flights... received ZERO! If I could give this review a Negative of stars I would! MINUS 100 star review!.
