They are absolutely awesome! They take great care of our patients. I have worked at major university, mid size military, and large scale private / nonprofit and these people really know how to take care of child and special needs patients. I actually had a surgery there several years ago and wouldn't hesitate to have one again. I have credentials at multiple facilities / hospitals and choose Randolph because they do the best job and keep our patients safe.

The ER Dr was the best ...I have seen him 2 times now I'm so glad my 2 ND visit he was there he is very thural done everything he could to make sure I was better thank you so much nurses were also very helpful and very nice..thank you guys also..

I had never been to a hospital before when I found myself being taken to Randolph Hospital for several lower abdominal pain/syncope/vomiting. The level of care I received was wonderful. The nursing staff did everything they could to take care of me and I would specifically like to commend Amber the PA for her compassion and knowledge of my issue. If I ever have to go back I hope it's Amber that will be my provider. She was wonderful. Randolph took care of my issue and made sure I was comfortable. I would go back there again.

Had to visit the Randolph Hospital ER.  I was suffering from a severe headache and nausea.  The ER waiting room was horrendous, with extreme warm temps.  So many people sick with all kinds of problems. I arrived at 2pm, after 2 1/2 hours of painful waiting.  I was finally called to a room, where I DIDN'T get to see a real Doctor, but a P. A.,?  The treatment was nothing short of ridiculous and unprofessional.  These idiots use Benadryl to treat a severe headache.  What the? I was born in this very hospital 50+ years ago and things don't improve. The ungodly  prices just to see a P. A. Stay Away!!! Unless you are a gluten for punishment. Seek help elsewhere.

Ive been here multiple times over the years. For myself and others... If it were me and i had... A choice i would take your loved ones to any hospital in Greensboro or Winston Salem. Randolph is basically like a hospital from the Andy Griffith show... With about 1950's level of ... Medicine. Read these other reviews... The truth is in the majority. In 2005 i was involved in a car accident at 2 pm in the afternoon it took 5 hours to get an xray. And after 6 hours i demanded some pain medicine. They are the bottom of the barrel in health care.
