This is a rip-off hospital. My mom went there for a Prolia shot. They told her to bring a check for 200 dollars even though she has medicare and bill is supposed to go through them first. When I asked they said they checked with Medicare. Suddenly  they stopped this practice. Mom's medicare co-pay is only 29 dollars now not 200 after Medicare reviews it. Medicare disallows more than half of Annie Penn's  charges. Oh yeah. Got charged 25 apiece me and Mom after nurse got us both a tiny can of ginger ale. For hospital hospitality.

This place is a total JOKE!
When a 18 month d baby comes in the ER with sever diarrhea and will not eat or drink and also has a rash, it is understandable if you have to wait a little bit, but to let 4 adults go ahead of your sick baby after being there before us and waiting 2 HOURS before being called back is sickening. 
This so called hospital already has a bad reputation and it seems to be getting worse. 
Lord only knows we all are hoping UNC (Moorehead) prevails. This area needs a hospital that puts patient care first. 
If you ever need to go to an ER,STAY AWAY from Cone Health in Reidsville!!!

Terrible hospital most people go to the hospital cause they hurt or hurting and need to see a doctor the doctors don't care if you in pain or not after a 5 hour wait for them not to give you anything then sent you home and tell you to see your family doctor when the doctors there could have did a better job about seeing to a sick person if I could give it no stars I would.. never go there not unless absoultey you have too if not go else where!!

My father was brought here after complications from a heart attack. They left him in a room in the ED for hours and didn't attend to him at all. There was very little communication and they didn't feed him despite admitting him. They kept saying they'd feed him later but they never did. 

I called to get updates several times. I was always put on hold and forgotten about. I had to keep calling back to get someone to actually talk to me.
