Just lost my mom at this hospital... I believe 10000% that if we were back home in CT AT YALE my mother would still be alive. I don't feel I KNOW ! that the resident she had DID NOT TAKE HER SERIOUSLY. Every time we talk he always had this Nonchalant attitude like let's just wait and see...... WELL look where that got her!?!? Now don't get me wrong I don't believe the entire hospital is horrible BUT her team SHAME ON YOU, BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T LISTEN TO HER! And when she said that you all GANGED UP ON HER !!!! The last doctor my mother had in there ICU he was beyond awesome and honest, they all need to take a lesson from him. At no point did I beloved that my mother wasn't going to make it UNTIL she didn't. SHAME SHAME SHAME ON THAT RESIDENT FOR THE WAY HE BRUSH GET OFF.

I had to be admitted to the hospital to be treated for a severe Multiple Sclerosis attack. I had a great experience. My room was very nice and quiet. The staff was excellent, I was well taken care of, even the food was good. I went home much better than when I arrived.

Please for your sanity and we'll being do not bring you or your loved ones here. Unfortunately, my fiance's specialists works with this hospital so she has to travel almost 200 miles to come here. Her specialists asks the hospital to perform certain procedures and the hospital takes upon themselves to do another. The circus continues as I have to watch my fiance struggle and fight for her life while the so called best place for can't even make appointments correctly much less help her get better. 

Please run for your life if you value it.
