The person that helped me at check-in greeted me with a smile and helped me understand an issue that I didn't know existed with my Buick Enclave. He also arranged for my transportation to my home as I had the leave the vehicle to be repaired. The driver that drove me to my home was extremely friendly and I could tell that he exhibited excellent customer appreciation skills. I am phenomenally grateful for all the work and the experience I had at Randy Curnow Buick. I look forward to having them keep my vehicles in good running order in 2017.

Do not believe them when they offer to let you "hold" a car w/ a "refundable" deposit. We went back after placing a $500 deposit on a car to discuss price and were told that putting a deposit down meant we agreed to pay sticker price. When I told them sale price had never been discussed, they informed me that most dealerships wouldn't give me back my $500 deposit if I didn't pay sticker price. WHAT A JOKE. After I asked to work with another sales person and manager, a new manager (Ben) promised to do what he could to bring the sale price down at most a couple hundred dollars (DIDN'T HAPPEN) and make sure the car had a full tank of gas (DIDN'T HAPPEN). After sitting through the service plan pitch I had to say "no, thank you" about 25 different ways and times, the sales person (Alicia) immediately flipped a switch and went from polite business person to someone thoroughly PISSED off. Sorry I'm not buying a plan just to make you happy. Needless to say, had any other dealership had the car I wanted, I would've gone elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, ever. 

Imagine what would happen if we didn't stay true to our word in other professions? I know for a fact that I would lose my job. Thank god I don't work in the car sales business for a living. I would lose all dignity lying to people all day long.

Saw a Buick Encore online that was a rental car, said it has 49203 miles on it and that it at been on the lot for 102 days. 

My girlfriend and I arrived and when he test drove it it had 54900 miles on it. Salesmen said one of the guys had been driving it back and forth to Topeka every day. Car was dirty, insane had crumbs everywhere, but it can be detailed. 

Started asking about price sales manager came out and refused to move off the price even. With the nearly 6000 miles added onto the vehicle. I flat out asked him if he was willing to come down at all he told me “absolutely not, you won’t find this car for this price anywhere.” I disagreed telling him I’ll continue to look and he told me “you won’t find it, the price is the price” then told me “you’ll be back”. 

I told him no... I won’t. He laughed and walked away. Went down the street to Oakes and bought the exact same car with 42000 miles on it for $900 cheaper. 

Sales manager cost them a sale by being a dick. Very unprofessional.

Very satisfied for the job they did on my car. Very professional and responsible staff. They made sure that everything was well done. Color match perfect to the rest of the car.

Thanks  Craig Martin and his team for an amazing experience on purchasing our car! Everyone was so friendly and attentive to our needs! Wouldn’t go anywhere else to purchase our next car!! Highly recommend this dealership!!!
