If I could give them a 10, I would. I have never been to a spa that I got out of truly satisfied and happy for the money I paid. The masseuse they gave me really knew her stuff.

Just got my eyebrows and lip threaded for the very first time ever and it was fantastic! She walked me through everything and made it quick with great service! I'll definitely be coming back.

Very worst and disappointed.. Ruined my eyebrows..Two times it happened...  I will never ever visit rani spa again... There is one lady I do not know her name she never speak well... And even if we say something like I want eyebrows like this like that.. She will never listen.. Always in hurry to go home that lady.. If she is not interested to do eyebrows and listen to our requests I don't know why she she is working

This is my second time here and I’m yet to be disappointed. The services are great and the staffers are quite awesome too. I’ve never experienced such amazing customer service before. Incredible job guys.
