I was just leaving a bad relationship with a different vehicle dealership when I decided to try out Raymond Chevy and Kia.  Salesman John Isch helped me find an SUV which contained everything my wife and I were looking for. The price was so low, we didn't even have to haggle (and we were prepared to haggle).  He followed up with me the day after my purchase and probably for a good 3 or 4 weeks after, to make sure everything was going well and I didn't have any questions.  Very personable, made me feel like a valued customer.  I have gone to Raymond in Antioch for service ever since getting my new vehicle, and have never had a bad experience there.  Will definitely continue taking my business to this location.

Had a great experience working with the team at Raymond Kia.   Although we didn't leave with a new car they were diligent in the effort to help and provided some valuable advice to help with my car search.   If you need a great sales rep speak with Erica Foster outstanding.....just outstanding.  Thanks to Erica and the team for an enjoyable afternoon to say the least.

We love this place and highly recommend them! We just purchased our second Kia and are so so glad we went to them. They have the best staff, who are all very knowledgeable and friendly. We also got a great deal from them, one no one else could beat! We walked out super happy with our purchase and haven't looked back since! Great experience :)

The people here are absolutely amazing. I am so overwhelmed with how helpful and how much they bent over backwards to help me. Erica is absolutely amazing, really welcomed me in to part of the Raymond family and her team backing her up are just amazing!

Friendly staff. No pressure. Jon Isch showed us all the various vehicles that would meet our needs and was very knowledgable.  Also enjoyed the classic car coffee event there this summer. We'll definitely go back.
