My first time buying new furniture and it was the worse experince ever! They brought the wrong mattress/box spring and I was told the soonest they could bring the right one was 2 days later. I told them I had no bed  to sleep on now.  Stupid me did away with my old bed because I wanted it out of the way and ready for the new bed and I threw the mattress outside. I don't have a couch (which was going to be my next purchace) and I was told over and over "sorry, but there is nothing we can do about it because the warehouse is in Syracuse." Syracuse is only 2-3 hours away. So, I spent 2 nights sleeping on my bedroom floor. Then when I started setting up the bed the frame (metal) was very poorly made. The bed makes noise every time I sit on it. The bed in their store didn't make any noise. And don't waste $59.95 for the mattress protective cover (which you must buy to get the mattress warranty) because it is just a cheap see through mattress sheet. I had to buy my own mattress protector on Amazon and the one I bought was 100% better then theirs and a whole lot cheaper. If I had read their reviews I would have gone to a different place.  A very very bad shopping experience. Just bad all the way around.

Horrible Experience! First when they dropped off my sofa's they had used an x-acto knife to get the plastic off and cut right through the fabric. I had to wait for a new one. Then a few months later the center stitching in of the back of my sofa came out. I called for them to fix it, "per warranty," and the person sent could not fix it!!! Because I am a seamstress the "upholster'" said that it would be best if he showed me how to remove the material off the back of the sofa so "I" can fix it! I had to fix 3 backs since then! Warning, "CHEAP" thin Material inside your sofa! I had to actually replace the material inside holding the stuffing because it was actually the material ripping not the thread coming loose. I will never go to Raymour and Flanigan again and will make sure my friends and family is warned of their lack of knowledge and customer service!

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They delivered a bed with large defects. I ordered a floor sample nightstand, I chose the better one out of two samples. They delivered wrong for three times.!!! We had to go to the store three times and made tons of phone calls to make it right. Terrible experience! Practice you patience before making an order.

Great stuff. It gets expensive. But, I do believe the products they sell are worth it.
