Please do your own research before purchasing any animal. 1. Small critters usually need large enclosures.(I recommend either a 40 gal tank or to make a bin cage for hamsters) 2. Betta fish are kinda high maintenance (heat lamp, filter,5 gal tank should work, plus they may need lighting). 3. They DO have a good dog training program, it worked out really well for my dog. 4. The store is very clean, so that's nice. 5. From what I've seen their staff is always really polite. Please note that this is only meant as constructive criticism, I actually  do like the store, but still... Do your own research, in the end you and your pet will be happier.

Workers here are great! Friendly, caring, helpful and patient. They'll seriously try to help you out with your pet needs. Even if they may not directly know the answer they'll find someone who can help out. Prices are a little expensive in my opinion for some of the toys but oh well. The store itself is pretty clean too.

Wonderful experience with grooming today!  Staff is friendly and polite.  I felt my dogs were well cared for and came out super clean and fresh smelling :). For the service I feel I got a great price and will surely return!

Went to get fish for the fish tank I got for my birthday and the lady who was helping us was very rude and unprofessional. She litterally flung fish on the floor trying to scoop them out. She was grabbing them with her hands. The tanks were filthy. They had dead fish floating and dead frogs stuck to the side of the tank. The only reason I got them there was because my boyfriend said I should try to save some. Was not pleased at all I'm hoping live.

Dropped in to get nail trim and buff for our dog. Waited in salon for 15 minutes with no one showing up, even after ringing  bell numerous times.
Girl finally showed up and informed us that our dog was not in the computer so they could not trim her nails. We went through the same situation the last time her nails were done ,and after they called our vet, they told us the problem was corrected........Guess not. On speaking to the manager upon leaving, he offered no help and did not even check the computer. He acted like he could care less about the problem. When informed he was loosing a long time customer and facing a bad review on Google ,his reply was "okay".
    Went to PETCO  after leaving and was treated like family!!!!
        Goodbye petsmart.........
