I had originally scheduled to have my winter tires put on at another garage but for reasons I won't get into they were unable to do it. I called the Big Flats location to see if they could help me out. Seth was super helpful and friendly when getting me in for an appointment. The guys had my car in and done within an hour for a good price. What could have been a very frustrating day turned out alright thanks to the wonderful service and great attitude of the staff.

People that work here thought I was dumb and said all this stuff was wrong with my car and I just wanted simple breaks. The Parts I know for a fact are fine. Bunch of rip off crooks that rob you blind with a smile on their face! Don’t go here!

I have visited Mavis in the past and was a little skeptical of my time with because I purchased 4 new tires and the very next day the air in one of my tires kept leaking out. I had purchased the additional coverage for my tires so that if they were damaged they would be replaced for free. I took my car back and I was told that my valve stem was broke and that I had to replace that for an additional $80. This occurred in September of 2016. I recently visited Mavis November 2017 and went in to see what type of new tire I could get because my front drivers side tire tread was looking bad. I was told by Mavis that my alignment was off and thats why the tread was going on my tire. They told me that they would give me 2 new front tires and only charge me $179.99 for the alignment. I agreed. After my car was done and immediately upon driving my car I could feel that the alignment was off and a loud noise that my tires were making. My car started immediately pulling to the right very hard. I called back to Mavis and explained to them that the alignment was off, the sound that it was making and they they had put 10 lb of psi over for my tire pressure and they told me to bring it back in. I brought my car back the very next day and one of my tires had leaked air overnight and was at 8 psi in the morning. Mavis checked it again and sure enough another valve stem was broke. So thats 2 valve stems that were broken when my tires were replaced. They replaced the valve stem at no extra charge and then put my car on the alignment machine for about 20 minutes and told me that it was fine. I again drove off with my car and my car is still pulling to the right and making a loud noise. I called Mavis back and they told me to bring it back in and they were going to order different tires. I am concerned about taking my car back to Mavis because Im not sure what they do to it. Oh and my tires still had 10 lb over the psi. I am very dissatisfied with my service at Mavis and dissatisfied with how my car is driving at this point. Not good business for a place that specializes in tires.

Excellent and fast service! I had a flat tire on the way to my vacation and the Macis team was able to get my car in and fixed in an impecable amount of time. Thank you so much!
