Went to buy a reclining sofa at the exterior street location. Giselle Carson's welcomed us with a big I'm going to sell you the entire store smile. Her knowledge and professionalism won us over and we left with reclining sofa and chair. Massage bed frame. New chest dresser mattresses that lift up at head and foot all at an affordable cost.   We are happy with our purchases. Thanks Griselle.

Ahmad was incredibly helpful. He offered us great suggestions on spacing, function, and flow. He was never pushy and he was incredibly patient as we discussed our options. The protection plans are well worth the investment to protect our purchases. We ended up purchasing both living room furniture as well as a new mattress. Thanks, Ahmad!

We were looking for a formal dining room table and looked at multiple locations including this store. The pictures in comparison to the actual product are wildly different. Be sure to go to the store with an open mind and not with loaded expectations from their website. Honestly I don't know if it's just the current style or what but most of the sets just felt or looked really cheap. Prices are extremely high when compared to others in the area. We bought our living room set Raymour and Flannigan previously. The other really annoying thing is the automated sales calls you get signed up for by buying anything here.

Good Furniture for a reasonable price! service to a customer in store should improve, it looks like the sales representatives are always rushing..

Just placed an order today at the Rt 17 north location in Paramus, NJ Decisions, decisions! Ohhh, the selection. We liked so many designs that worked with our space we had a tough time choosing. We looked the first day, and returned the next to order our new beautiful reclining couch. Roger was our sales person who we can't say enough good things about! Helpful, friendly, patient and knowledge about the various styles, manufacturers, etc. We can't wait for our delivery. Photo to follow. Remember R & F if you are looking to make a furniture purchase and have Roger hook you up.
