I purchased a leather living room set only to have it delivered with electrical problems. It's been a week later and no one has contacted me. I've called numerous times, just to be told I'll call you back. I'm still waiting and I'm so dissatisfied! Customer service has not apologized for the inconvenience. They act as though this is normal...I wanted a quality living room set that's why I went to Huffman Koos. Now I have a living room set that is in a reclined position and it won't move! I understand things get broken during delivery, but I should have someone at my front door ready to fix it. Never again!!!!

Do yourself a favor NEVER EVER EVER give this place a penny of your business!!! So far it's been over 2 weeks I spent 3500 on a reclining chair,loveseat,and couch and the chair is the only thing working properly. I don't  how many times myself and my wife have called for service and get baseless promises of call backs and for the problem to be rectified. Once they get your money all you get is unprofessional uncaring service (well I can't even call it service). No wonder they're business is failing. Worst treatment I I've ever experienced as a paying customer.

Sales guy was very nice. The cashier girl was horrible. Very disrespectful. Nasty attitude. She made the store lose a 20k deal

the worst place on earth.  I ordered my furniture in july 2016, didnt receive until december and arrived damage. sales people are horrible. surprised they are still in business quite honestly.
