IF I could give ZERO stars I would! The manager is a disgrace! She is disrespectful. My mother is speaking to corporate as I write, crying. She is disabled and this FEMALE spoke to her like she was a thug on the street. I’ve been in customer service for many years and I would never THINK to speak to a customer like that. I asked for her name and SURPRISE! She wouldn’t give it to me! I hope and will make sure I do everything to get her fired. I usually do not like to take it as far as I am, but she needs to lose her job immediately. And this is because they lied and told her she could get her box spring up the stairs and she could not, which they just left on her outside steps and called it a loss. This company is terrible. I will be on BBB next and every other review site. I will make sure everyone knows about this company until she is gone.

*UPDATE: I went into the store to get her name, she is not the manager, she is the “assistant” manager and her name is VERONICA!

Had the worst shopping experience from this store. The manager was so rude literally shouting over the phone when requested exchange, and shut the  phone on my face while I was talking, she is so unprofessional has no customer services, totally opposite of the East Brunswick staff. I would advice the management to send this psychopath for Proper customer service training and not to hire rude nonprofessionals. I will never refer anyone there nor shall I purchase. Huge Disappointment, the store will loose business if the current Manager is not replaced. 0 rating.

I have a very similar issue to the lady from last week the manager there I believe her name is Tracy is the most rudest person I have ever met in a retail environment. I have been going there for many years and just because of her the store gets a one-star and I believe I do not want to visit that store anymore. She treats everyone like their incompetent they don't understand and she believes that she has the right to speak above your voice and speak down to you. Unclaimed Freight eventually if management does not change at this location you will definitely lose customers in the long run. Your prices are great but I would rather pay a little extra money and be treated as a human being in another store I'm very sorry.

Had on of the most Horrible shopping experience from the sales person writing the sale and speaking Rudely to me, Giving an improper delivery date in full knowledge then the Manager telling us the date already scheduled for delivery was not Good because it was after 8pm. Instead of offering reasonable accommodation, The manager Veronica decides to attack us the customer calling for an error of one her sales People after trying to claim the sales Person wasn't aware which he was. The manager walked away from us and later returned still very irrate. Poorest retail customer service ever experienced, senior management should evaluate their customer service priorities if the company is to Grow!!!
