Shop looks good and people are friendly. But they told me that my tune up bike will be ready in 2 days and when I went to pick it up they told me that the mechanic didn't come to work. I understand the situation but at least the could call me to say that. I took my bike and didn't have the service with them.

I am from Brazil and I went to Miami only to buy a new bike. I purchased a Trek Emonda and a Pionneer Ultegra power meter. The mechanic at RB Cycles assembled the bike and left it ready to travel, so I did not have the time to test it in Miami. In Brazil, I noticed that the power meter was scratching the frame… It took some days to RB Cycles answer that it needed a spacer even thought this is written in the Pionneer’s Manual and there is also a compatibility chart specific for Trek bikes that can be easily found on google. I am in Brazil and I have the bike for more than a week now, but I can’t ride it. I have been to 2 different stores here, but they do not have the 2mm spacer needed to solve this problem available yet.
The lack of quality in the RB Cycles services is costing me a lot of time and money here in Brazil. I do not recommend them.

As an honest review I'll say, the place looks great, the people are nice, heck, great customer service. Everything is well, good. But, the price is for someone who has a pretty penny, and for most of the time, it's just too ridiculous, just to fix a minor unbalance in the rear axel of a fix gear bike and aline the wheels it went to $50 without buying and setting the brakes mind you...
I would rather suggest Bike Nerds, it would be $6 to fix the issue, $6 for the brakes (Tuning the brakes would be more moeny) but overall it wouldn't be more than $30.. so, if bang for the buck is what you're looking for.. not the place.

Had a complete tune-up/service on my bike. Bike came out great and very clean! Had great customer service experience as well. Only thing is a bit pricey I think. But 4.5 Stars!
