This is my 4th year living at Ridgewood apartments and I have more things to compliment about this place than to complain. For sure, nothing is 100% perfect, but I can assure you this place in one of the best apartment communities in Silver Spring, 20906. Vanessa Morgan has always been helpful to my needs, maintenance has always been prompted to assist, always fixing whatever it had to be fixed or changed in my apartment.No bugs, no rodent , the place is clean!

I done everything they asked for visitor parking. I PAID THE VISITOR PARKING CHARGE and displaced the permit, however when my friends got here is already 11:30pm, and there is no space available in the visitor parking slot so they had to park at the residence slot, which is right next to the visitor parking. They tow my friend's car anyway without even try to contact me. I had to pay $100 to get the car back. I explain the situation and ask for reimbursement, but they just told me paying the visitor parking does not guarantee a parking space. They didn't even waive the parking fee that I paid. How ridiculous is this!!! It took them over a week to fix the air conditioner, and the average temperature during that period was around 100 degree. The washer uses hot water no matter what cycle I choose, they send people over twice but the problem has not been solved.

This place is Horrible! I have gotten my car towed twice because there is absolutely. No parking available  when I get home late from work. I have no other choice but to park in either visitors or commercial. There solution for me was to park on the other side of Georgia Avenue which is not even part of Ridgewood anymore. The leasing office doesn't care to help you out at all. Please do not move here. I wish someone would had warned me!

This is a very strange place. People from the condo next door, cut through the grassy area and through the complex. There is a great deal of noise. There is a security company here, but the management only has them here three or four days for a couple of hours. When security is not here it's not very safe
